Though a personal suggestion: Would be really cool if it came with them already in .tres for Godot, or .anim for Unity, rather than in .fbx (Or, maybe even more ideally, as a download option) (Or even them in a single FBX, either by group or a single one for everything, not to be so time-demanding to set up).
Thank you! The Unity Asset Store version includes the .meta files that makes the FBX ready to use. And I keep them in different FBX so users can select which animations to import. But I will consider to use .anim files in the future. For Godot I'm planning to also making easier the import. I will consider uploading .tres or glTF files. Thank you for the suggestion!
Yo, just want to give you a shout out! I heavily used these animation assets in Unity but then migrated to Godot. The blend files and blender plugin for easy exporting has allowed me to quickly get these animations up and running in Godot. Thanks so much for making these assets more general and for making the exporting process so simple! Much love and hope to see more of these!
Hey Kevin. What a nice collection. I'm testing out your free version for my game at the moment, and if I can make it work and fit, I will have to get the whole thing. I am wondering though, since my game is mainly a shooter, do you have any plans for making a gun pack? Ill try to edit the animations, but this is not something I am very good at, so if it's a plan of yours, Ill save the trouble and just wait^^
Yes, I'm planning to release a gun pack. I actually already have one available on the Unity Asset Store called Soldier Animations, but it currently uses an older rig that doesn’t work well in Unreal or Godot, only Unity. I do plan to update it with the new rig, but I can’t provide a release date yet.
I'm also in the process of updating three other older animation packs. If you'd like to stay updated, feel free to join my Discord channel.
That's wonderful, I will look forward to it. For now I will just lock the hands with an IK node and then integrate the full pack when next i sit down to work and buy the packs.

That'd be really cool as Godot has some serious retargeting growing pains still.

Thank you so much! Really appreciate you letting me know! I’m glad the Blender files make it easier to get the animations working in Godot!
